Your order will be shipped from the United Kingdom to your country. Please be aware that local VAT and administration fees may apply; we recommend checking with your local authority if you’re unsure about these charges. Typically, buyers pay import VAT to the shipping agent during the customs clearance process before receiving their parcel.

As the seller, we are not responsible for additional costs such as import duties, customs processing fees, local customs fees, import taxes, or VAT that may apply in your country. Additionally, we do not have information regarding your country's VAT or tax rate, as this is beyond our control.

If taxes are not paid, your parcel may eventually be returned to us. In such cases, we will deduct any taxes and postage fees charged by the courier company before issuing a refund.

If you have any issues with any of our items we are here to help resolve any problems. If you need any help with fitting, please message us with the photos and details.

We do not keep stock of all our items. We work together with several distributors and manufacturers to cover a wide variety of accessories and equipment, to save on operational costs and maximize efficiency. However, most of our items should be prepared to ship within a day of purchase. If your order is out of stock, we will let you know when we can ship the items.
